The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is expected to launch in India next month but it looks like the price of the phone has plummeted.
The phone is specified to be supplied with RAM + storage configuration and starts from less than Rs. 20,000. The phone was introduced to the European market in June and is now ready to enter India.
In addition, the well-known tipster shared the prices and specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A12s and this phone is expected to start at EUR 180 (approximately Rs. 15,900).
Price for Samsung Galaxy A22 5G in India (expected)
Starting with the Galaxy A22 5G, the 91Mobiles report states that the phone will be offered with a different 6GB + 128GB storage and 8GB + 128GB storage model.
The 6GB RAM variant will be priced at Rs. The 19,999 and 8GB of separate RAM are said to cost Rs. 21,999. The report notes that this price includes GST.
To recall, the Galaxy A22 5G was introduced to the European market for EUR 229 (approximately Rs. 20,300) for the basic 4GB + 64GB model.
The final 4GB + 128GB model costs EUR 249 (approximately Rs. 22,100). It also introduces 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage settings, but the price of those is not shared. The Galaxy A22 5G comes in Gray, Mint, Violet and White.

Phone details are expected to remain the same when they arrive in India. If so, the Galaxy A22 5G will feature a 6.6-inch full HD + display with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
It will be powered by an octa-core SoC believed to be the MediaTek Dimension 700. In hindsight, the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G will pack three rear camera settings including a 48-megapixel main sensor, a 5-megapixel sensor with an ultra-lens wide angle, and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
It will be supported by a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
Price for Samsung Galaxy A12s (expected)
Well-known Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore wrote on Twitter that the Samsung Galaxy A12s will be offered 4GB + 64GB of repair at a cost of EUR 180 and the 4GB + 128GB model will cost EUR 200 (approximately Rs. 17,700). It is expected to be presented in Black, Blue and White.

As for specification, Ambhore added that the phone will be powered by Exynos 850 SoC and comes with Android 11 out of the box.
Tipster says all the details of the Galaxy A12 will be similar to the Samsung Galaxy A12 that was eaten in India in February this year.
If so, the Galaxy A12s will have a 6.5-inch HD + (720×1,600 pixels) TFT Infinity-V display and pack a quad rear setup camera.
It will be mounted on a head with a 48-megapixel main sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy A12s will be supported by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
It should be noted that Samsung has not shared any information on the launch of the Galaxy A22 5G in India or Galaxy A12s so this information should be taken with a little salt.
