The price of diesel in Karnataka was Rs 104.50 per liter on November 3, which has now dropped to Rs 85.03 per liter. The statement said that a day ago the price of gasoline was Rs 113.93 per liter, which is now Rs 100.63 per liter. According to the notification released today, the sales tax on gasoline has been reduced from 35% to 25.9% and on diesel it was 24%, now 14.34%.

Along with this, the administration of Jammu and Kashmir has also raised the prices of gasoline and diesel. . I decided to reduce it by Rs 7-7. Thus, from today, gasoline will be cheaper at Rs 12 and diesel at Rs 17 per liter in the state. “

CM Shivraj announced a reduction in VAT

Madhya Pradesh’s Shivraj Singh Chouhan government also announced a four percent reduction in VAT rates on gasoline and diesel. Along with this, two rupees additional tax on gasoline and one and a half rupees additional tax on diesel have also been developed.

Thus, there will be a total reduction of Rs 12 on the price of gasoline and Rs 17 on the price of diesel. For this reason, there will be a burden of two thousand crore rupees in the treasury of the state government.
