Paytm users will now be able to book train tickets and pay for them later. One97 Communications Ltd, the parent company of Paytm, has announced that its subsidiary Paytm Payments Services Ltd has introduced Paytm Postpaid to IRCTC customers.
The digital wallet company has introduced the ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ feature for booking tickets. This feature was launched in partnership with the IRCTC to allow users to book tickets with a single click.
Booking tickets from the IRCTC can sometimes be difficult, especially if your internet connection is slow or slow. The new Paytm feature will allow you to book tickets instantly with just one click without paying immediately.
Paytm’s Postpaid offers an interest-free loan of up to Rs 60,000 for a period of up to 30 days and users are given one monthly bill to track all their credit-driven expenses.
Users can repay the full amount at the end of the payment cycle or convert their credit into EMI for easy payment.
Paytm’s says the company has seen the immediate adoption of its Buy Now, Pay Later feature for a variety of financial requirements such as booking tickets, credit card payments, purchases, and more.

Paytm’s Postpaid (BNPL) will now be available to users who want to book train tickets via IRCTC.
In partnership with the IRCTC, Paytm PG hopes to provide seamless and secure digital payments to users by booking tickets faster with later payment options, ”said Praveen Sharma, CEO of Paytm Payments Services Limited.
To use this feature, go to the IRCTC and enter your username and password. Complete the details of your trip and select ‘Pay Later’ in the payment section. Click on Paytm Postpaid and sign in using Paytm details. Install OTP and you’re done.
