NEET UG 2022: NSUI supports students, writes a letter to the Education minister

The National Students Union of India (NSUI) requested that NEET UG 2022 be delayed in a letter to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday.

Neeraj Kundan, national president of the NSUI, wrote in his letter that the NEET UG 2022 examination procedure shouldn’t begin or end “in a rush” due to the large number of students who will take it.

The NSUI president requested that NEET UG be delayed for at least 45 days, pointing out that the notice’s delay had drastically reduced the amount of time available for preparation.

The NEET UG 2022 date change was announced with five justifications by the NSUI National President.

With little time left for study, it is challenging for students to get ready for the exam because the counselling procedure for the previous academic session is already running behind schedule.

Because CUET, JEE, and other tests are only available in July and need a single attempt, it is impossible for candidates to properly focus on their preparations.

The letter added that the planning time had been drastically cut short because of the notice’s delays.

It would be unfair if the following exam was completed in such a rush because there were many students who did not receive a seat during the counselling for the prior session.

Candidates who chose to prepare for both engineering and medicine in Class 11 and 12 will find it challenging to attempt the paper in such a situation.

He pleaded with the Center to delay NEET UG 2022 “Please postpone the NEET UG test for at least 45 days in light of the sincere justifications given above. so that pupils are physically and mentally prepared to take the test.”
