NEET UG 2022: Candidates Go on Hunger Strike, Demand Meeting With Prime Minister Modi to Postpone Exams

NEET UG 2022: Applicants for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET), who have been protesting for several months, have made the decision to engage in a hunger strike in order to press for a roughly 40-day exam postponement. Additionally, they want to speak with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Additionally, the candidates have started a Twitter campaign with the hashtag “Chalo Modi Awas.” On the occasion of National Doctors Day in 2022, they organized a candle march in addition to running many internet campaigns.

The medical aspirants complain that having to prepare for both the JEE Mains and the central university entrance test (CUET) at the same time is challenging.

The NEET 2022 finished so late, according to the candidates who couldn’t make it through counseling, and they only had a few months to get ready. Through a number of social media platforms, they requested the government to postpone the NEET 2022 tests.

A students wrote on twitter “Hon’ble PM @narendramodi sir please meet us & hear our issues or We will move by Bus towards PM House with @erPawanBhadana sir.”

Another candidate request to the PM modi and wrote ” Its our humble request to u Narendra modi ji @PMOIndia ,please sir we are suffering alot please help us we request by folded hands ,please sir give some relief to #NEETUG students.”

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is anticipated to release the NEET 2022 admit card soon. The tests will be held on July 17, 2022, and the NTA has already made the exam city intimation slip available. To check and download the NEET 2022 UG exam city center intimation slips, candidates can log in at neet.nta.nic.in.
