NEET UG 2022: Adv Anubha Shrivastav Sahai wrote a letter to the PM Modi, requesting to extend the exam date

On social media, NEET UG 2022 students continue to urge exam postponement. On Twitter, the hashtag #JUSTICEforNEETUG is trending. Furthermore, a national-level parents’ organisation has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, requesting that the exam, which is currently set for July 17, be postponed.

Advocate Anubha Shrivastav Sahai of the India Wide Parents Association has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, underlining the difficulties faced by students and requesting that the NEET UG 2022 be postponed.

“The biggest problem is preparation time,” the letter states. “State counselling ended a few days ago, and board exams are also ongoing, so kids are not getting adequate preparation time.”

Why are students being pushed to take the exam when it will have no bearing on their academic session?
