Mumbai Drug Bust Case: Ananya Panday leaves NCB office after questioning to appear before authorities tomorrow

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Ananya Panday appeared before NCB officials on Thursday, October 21 after the drug law enforcement agency summoned her in connection with an alleged rave party case in which Aryan Khan and others were arrested. The “Student Of The Year 2” star, who was accompanied by her father Chunky Panday, arrived at the NCB office in Mumbai around 4 pm.

Ananya was seen leaving the NCB office at 6:15 p.m. Thursday evening after recording her statement in the case. The federal agency summoned her for questioning after her name appeared in Aryan’s WhatsApp chats, according to a report in IANS.

Ananya Panday will appear before the BCN again

According to ABP News correspondent Mrityunjay Singh, the Narcotics Control Bureau ordered Ananya to appear before officials again on Friday, October 22 at 11 a.m. His questioning in the drug seizure case will continue for another day, as the agency has ordered him to be available for questioning again.

Earlier today, BCN raided Ananya’s residence in Khar West. The federal agents seized his laptop and cell phone as part of their investigation into the drug case. Officials have yet to clarify Ananya’s role, if any, in the high-profile case, according to a PTI report.

Security was tightened outside the NCB office when Ananya and Chunky arrived to take her statement.

BCN visits Mannat

A BCN team visited Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s bungalow in Bandra to search for documents related to the investigation into the case. “Mumbai BCN zonal unit officials visited ‘Mannat’, Aryan Khan’s residence in connection with the case (Cr.94 / 21). notice, etc. NCB Area Director Sameer Wankhede said in a statement quoted by IANS.

Aryan Khan was detained and then arrested following the NCB raid on a luxury cruise on October 2. He was convicted under various articles of the NDPS Act.

On Thursday morning, SRK met her son Aryan, who is currently housed at Arthur Road Central Prison in Mumbai.
