Please tell that this zoo was built in 1921 and it is also known as Lucknow Zoo. It is the oldest zoo in UP and is spread over 71 acres. A large number of people reach here for sightseeing. A proposal was sent to shift the zoo, which has now been approved. After this, preparations are being made for this. The new zoo will be at a distance of 10-12 kilometers from here.

It is being told that the place where this zoo is located in Hazratganj is a crowded place and there is a lot of noise here. Because of this, preparations have been made to shift the animals to the new zoo so that they can live properly in a calm and green environment.
