Kejriwal government took decision in interest of traders

Kejriwal government in Delhi has made an important decision in the interest of traders. Traders will directly benefit from the Kejriwal government’s GST change. Previously, merchants had to have the GST checked every year. Now, after the amendment, it will no longer be needed. Millions of merchants will benefit from relief from the abolition of mandatory GST auditing.

In Delhi, prior to the GST amendment, there was an interest rule on the full output tax if the GST (three B’s) was overdue. The Kejriwal government has amended section 50. From now on, interest will only have to be paid on net debt in cash. Previously, in Delhi, there was a provision for the payment of a tax and a fine in the event of confiscation of property. By modifying it, relief was granted to traders and transporters.

Thanks to the GST change, the screws were tightened on thieves by making bogus businesses. Now the toughest measures will be taken against the brain for theft by setting up a bogus business. Previously, lawsuits had been filed against the owner of the bogus business. Taking advantage of this, Mastermind used to form businesses on behalf of the poor. The bogus company is said to have survived when it was exposed.

Happy with the decision of the Kejriwal government, union representatives from various Delhi markets also met with Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia to express their gratitude.
