iPhone 13 users report a pink screen problem that causes the phone to freeze randomly

The iPhone 13 reportedly has a pink screen problem, as highlighted by recent complaints. Users of several units of the iPhone 13 series have gone to social media to say that their phones get a pink screen and are completely cool, making them unable to do any work.

The issue has been reported several times at Apple’s forums, other Reddit forums and on Weibo since the acquisition of the latest iPhones in September.

At the moment, it seems to be limited to the iPhone 13 series, with complaints ranging from those who use the iPhone 13 to the iPhone 13 Pro and even the iPhone 13 Pro Max in some cases.

Users say this problem causes their iPhone 13 unit to get a random pink screen. Once done, the phone cannot execute any commands and is completely frozen.

The only solution that seems to return it to normal is a system restart. The matter is regularly addressed on the phone, with some claiming it was started while looking at photos and others noticing that they were using GPS and the phone was pink.

According to a report by MyDrivers, Apple has released an official statement on the issue of the pink screen in China.

With a large number of complaints coming from the country, Apple took China’s Weibo social media platform to acknowledge that the problem is not related to hardware and, therefore, should be the software bug we create.

As of now, there are two recommendations for users who are experiencing a problem. The first is to make sure the system is updated to the latest version, and the other is to check that all apps have been updated. The latter removes any inconsistencies between in-app versions and iOS.

If users are still experiencing the problem, they are advised to visit Apple’s local service center and get a diagnosis.

The majority of users at Apple’s forum, as revealed by 9to5Mac, report that people at Apple’s service center accept the issue and change the units facing the problem.

However, users are aware that the replacement units provided, instead of new ones, are repaired or replaced with faulty parts.

Abandoning a device with a very old moon may be a bit tricky, although the problem seems to have been resolved in all of the cases mentioned.
