India’s daily Corona tally is lowest after the second wave; Records 30,000 cases, 374 deaths in the last 24 hours

Corona update: India recorded the lowest number of cases after the brutal second wave of Covid wreaked havoc. The country has reported 30,093 new cases of Covid, 45,254 recoveries, and 374 deaths in the past 24 hours, according to the Union Ministry of Health.

Maharashtra: Central team ‘suggested’ full lockdown in Kolhapur and Sangli

A central team of experts who visited Kolhapur and Sangli, which are the top districts of concern in Maharashtra, have learned that they have suggested a total lockdown. Kerala TPR crosses 11% with 9,931 new cases

Kerala recorded 9,931 new cases of Covid-19 on Monday, bringing the number of infection cases to 31,70,868, with the test positivity rate climbing to 11.08% after remaining around the 10% mark for several weeks.

The number of people who have succumbed to the virus has risen to 15,408 with 58 additional deaths, according to a state government statement. Up to 13,206 people have been cured of the infection, bringing the total recoveries to 30,333,258 and the number of active cases in the state to 1,708, it said.
