Users say they received a message from Airtel that read, “Your ongoing operations have been suspended.

A Twitter user shared a screenshot of this message and wrote, “Hello @Airtel_Presence @airsttelindia, I got this message below from all my numbers. Is it because of some system error? All my numbers have active operating systems. Please, suggest.
Airtel responded, “Due to a technical error you may have received an incorrect SMS message regarding the malfunction of the services. Please ignore the same. We apologize for the inconvenience. ”
