Garmin Descent G1 Smartwatch with solar charging option introduced: Price, details

After a series of emotions, Garmin unveiled a new rock-and-roll clock. The smart watch maker introduced the Descent G1. The highlight of the watch is that it offers a funny battery life.

The company claims that a smart watch can last up to 25 hours with a single charge when dive mode is turned on. The clock is aimed at divers, which means it can survive in extreme conditions underwater.

Apart from that, the smartwatch also comes with a variety of activist trackers and health monitoring features.

Commenting on Garmin’s watch, Dan Bartel, Garmin, vice president of global consumer marketing, said, “Whether you want to buy your first dive computer or you want to support your active lifestyle, our Descent G1 Series is the perfect companion of all kinds of machinery.

Divers who enjoy having a smart multiplayer watch for all the other aspects of high life. The Descent G1 Solar builds on Garmin’s new dive technology range and the addition of solar charging, which allows customers more time to enjoy their side functions. ”

Garmin Descent G1: Price and Availability

The Garmin Descent G1 is priced at $ 549.99 (approximately Rs. 41,630) in the US, while the alternative is priced at $ 649.99 (approximately Rs. 49,220).

The Garmin Descent G1 is offered in four different colors, including Black, Hurricane Blue, Powder Gray, and Slate Gray. Garmin is yet to announce whether he plans to launch a smart watch in India or not.

The Garmin Descent G1 element is made of fiber-reinforced polymer. The display has a resolution of 176×176 pixels. The clock is 45.5mm and weighs 61grams. The clock can survive up to 100m under water.
