Rajasthan State Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra, when announcing the results of class 12 on Saturday, said the decision to reopen schools in the state would be made within two to three next days. The decision on the reopening date will soon be taken by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.

The state government, after discussing all aspects at the cabinet committee meeting, has decided to postpone the reopening of schools until further notice. Previously, the state government decided to reopen schools from August 2, 2021.

Govind Singh Dotasra shared a tweet in this regard. He wrote: “After discussing all aspects at the meeting of the Cabinet committee formed to prepare a detailed SOP regarding the opening of the school, the Chief Minister @ ashokgehlot51 will decide on the date and nature of the school. the opening of the school. The safety and education of children is our government’s top priority.

The decision to reopen the schools will be made after detailed standard operating procedures have been prepared by the committee. All SOPs will need to be maintained by state schools, which may include wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, thermal sweeping, and using disinfectants.
