Co-founder of Teamlease buys apartment in Banglore for Rs 24 crore

Co-founder of Teamlease Ashok Kumar Nedurumalli and managing director of Staffing Solutions are the employers of his wife Pooja Reddy buying a 24-hour apartment in the Tony Bengaluru area, documents obtained by Zapkey.com show.

A five-story BHK apartment on the ground floor of the Emergency Margosa apartment building on Kasturba Road, a commercial and residential area, was registered on August 11, 2021.

Confirming the purchase, Nedurumalli told Moneycontrol, “A total of 8,700 sq ft plus 3,000 3,000 sq ft gardens were heavily purchased by my wife Pooja Reddy at the sale of some of the goods in the end. This is to strengthen our families by providing a place where our surviving parents can live together. ”

Documents show that stamp duty of Rs 1.34 crore was paid to register the property, the sq ft of which cost approximately Rs 25,000.

The unit comes with a spacious garden area spread over 3,000 sq ft and four car parks covered in the basement, documents show.
The property was sold by Dev Roy and Uma Prasad Roy.

Bangaluru sellers who do not want to be named say the building is a premium boutique building near Kingfisher Towers and houses in B City and Van Gogh’s Garden, which cost anything between Rs 35,000 per square ft to Rs 38,000 per sq. M.

TeamLease Services Ltd was founded by Nedurumalli Manish Mahendra Sabharwal, and Rituparna Chakraborty on February 2, 2000, with its headquarters in Bangaluru.

The company in partnership with the government of Gujarat has established TeamLease Skills University, India’s first skills university, in Vadodara. In FY2015, TeamLease released a national recruitment program to provide on-the-job training for students.
