Case Filed Against Kapil Sharma for violating his contract in 2015 while on tour in North America.

Sai USA Inc. has filed a lawsuit in New York Court against comedian and actor Kapil Sharma for breach of contract during his 2015 tour of North America. According to the business, Kapil only did five of the six shows for which he got charged during the tour.

According to Sai USA’s well-known event promoter Amit Jaitly, Kapil Sharma was scheduled to appear in six concerts but could only do five of them. Even so, he had received more over a million dollars in compensation. According to an article in the ETimes, he had pledged to make up for the loss sustained but had not done so in seven years. According to Jaitley, “He did not perform and has not answered, despite our repeated attempts to contact him before the court.” He further stated that the business would “certainly be pursuing action against him” and that a case is currently before a New York court.
