New UP TET Exam Date: Applicants preparing for UP TET 2021, we have some important news for you. The Uttar Pradesh Department of Basic Education has released the new exam date for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Examination (UP TET). The UPTET will now take place on January 23, 2022. Note, applicants who have applied for UPTET 2021 will receive a new UPTET admission card.
Previously, the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2021 (UP TET 2021 – paper 1) which was to be held on November 28, 2021, was canceled and postponed following a paper leak. A total of 12,91,628 candidates registered to take the first shift test while 8,73,553 registered for the second shift.
The UP TET 2021 exam will consist of two tests, while the UPTET 1 test will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for primary teachers for grades 1 to 5, the UPTET 2021 test for upper primary teachers for classes 6 to 8 were scheduled from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Almost 21.5 lakh applicants were ready to sit for the exam, which was held at multiple examination centers in 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) is a highly competitive exam and candidates who pass the exams are typically posted as primary and junior government teachers in-state public schools.
