Apple has now announced that it will launch the affordable MacBook Pro, a high-end Mac mini in March

Apple is expected to launch its biggest update over the years this year and the Macs should take the lion’s share of the portfolio.

Past rumors have surfaced that Apple is working on a host of new Macs, including an affordable MacBook Pro and a high-end Mac computer.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has also said that we can see the two Macs at the upcoming March event, and at least five new Macs will arrive later this year.

In his latest Power On newsletter, Gurman said Apple is planning a major upgrade according to processors on its Mac system this year.

You can expect the M2 processor as an M1 fan and the more powerful version of the M1 Max, first released on MacBook Pro last year. Other than that, Apple may keep the original M1 Max and M1 Pro chips on other Macs this year. And one of them could be the next Mac mini.

The Mac mini is one of the oldest Apple Silicon Macs on the list right now. This year, it can get a Pro model. Some rumors believe that the 2022 model will be called the Mac mini Pro, which makes sense considering what Gurma has to say.

According to him, this Mac mini this year is likely to launch the M1 Pro chipset, so adding a Pro to its name will justify its better performance than the M1 and Intel models. Outside of interiors, the design may have changes – major.

Tipster Jon Prosser said this year’s Mac mini will have an integrated design with high-performance flexiglass material, and more ports than ever before.

Apple’s power machine, the MacBook Pro, is also finding a new model this year. However, it will not be high quality. Gurman has suggested that the MacBook Pro will install affordable this year.

That means immediate changes to Hardware, which, according to some previous reports, will include the absence of a ProMotion display and a high number of GPU cores, among other things.

A major change, however, could be a new processor. Gurman said Apple will launch the MacBook Pro with the M2 processor, which will be better than the M1 but less powerful like the M1 Pro and M1 Max.

The March 8 event may see the launch of the new Mac mini and MacBook Pro, but Apple has a whole new system planned to launch this year.

Gurman said Apple was “preparing for another Mac release cycle in May or June.” The list could include a redesigned MacBook Air with M2 chip, an iMac Pro with M1 Max and M1 Pro options, a half Mac Mac with a newly charged M1 Max processor, and a Mac mini with M2 chipset.
