AKTU Releases Fresh Notification for Students

AKTU– New Delhi: Putting aside the demand for students to take semester exams online, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University recently released a detailed schedule and confirmed that the next exams will be conducted in pen and paper mode.

The notification reportedly said that the exams for the odd semester will take place offline at various exam centers from December 28 through January 15.
As a result, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University students intensified their protest, calling the university’s decision to hold offline exams “worse”. “Why is AKTU Lucknow forcing exams offline when students feel insecure? A student asked on Twitter, referring to the growing number of Omicron cases across the country.

Notably, India’s cumulative Omicron case tally reached 143 after new infections were detected in four states: Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Kerala.
Earlier, Shauryaveer Singh, National Secretary of the NSUI, also gave his support to the student protesters, saying: “The government cannot suppress the voice of AKTU students demanding online exams. Until their demands are not met, we will continue to support them. “

In the meantime, applicants are advised to check the official-aktu.ac.in website for the latest updates regarding the odd semester exams.
