AKTU: GATE and G-PET deserving faces are happy when they receive tablets

Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) was seen as a celebration after the partial lockdown ended during the Corona outbreak. Under the chairmanship of AKTU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak, university students who have excelled in GATE and G-PET have been honored. The secretary for technical education, Alok Kumar, was present on this occasion as a guest of honor.

40 students who excelled in GATE and G-PET received tablets. Among these students, 2 in architecture, 1 in biotechnology, 2 in civil engineering, 5 in chemical engineering, 4 in computer science, 5 in electronic and communication engineering, 1 in electrical engineering, 3 in electricity and instrumentation, 1 in science. engineer, 1 information There are 2 students in Technology, 6 in Mechanical Engineering, 6 in Textiles and 2 in Pharmacy. Technical Education Secretary Alok Kumar said promoting talented students is the main link in promoting research and innovation. He said research should be encouraged for social upliftment and rehabilitation.

He said efforts would be made to establish an incubation center in each institute affiliated with the university to increase student interest in innovations. University Vice Chancellor Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak said that the appointment of quality faculty members in all state and constituent institutions and the measures taken by the government of Uttar Pradesh for infrastructure development have contributed to achieving the objective of quality technical education in the State. He said that as a result of this, the students of the university achieved excellent results in the national GATE and G-PET exams.
