DLF posts Q4 profit at Rs 481 crore, FY21 net at Rs 1,093.61 crore

The real estate Major DLF on June 11, reported a consolidated profit of Rs 480.94 crore for the quarter ended March 2021, compared with a profit of RS 1,857. 76 crore for the third quarter, annual rate.

The group’s operating profit grew by 1.1 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,712.57 crore in March 2021, the company said in a statement to the BSE.
During the year, for a total of 21 of the fiscal year, the company reported a profit of Rs 1,093. 61 crore, compared with a loss of RS 583.19 crore in the previous year.

The group’s profit for the year decreased by 11 per cent, to Rs 5,414.06 crore, as compared to the previous year.

Ashok Kumar Tyagi, and Devinder Singh, resident director of DLF, has been appointed as the chief Executive Officer and the permanent members of the board of the company with immediate effect, the company said in a statement.
“The board of directors at the meeting are given additional responsibilities in order to Ashok Kumar Tyagi, and Devinder Singh, both of whom have a permanent board of directors of DLF, the redistribution of executive directors, or the permanent board of directors immediately following the date of entry into force,” the statement said.

On the recommendation of the company, the trustee and the compensation committee, Savitri Devi Singh and Anushka Singh was appointed as an additional directors of the company with immediate effect, provided that the shareholder (the confirmation, DLF said in a statement.

Both of Savitri Devi Singh and Anushka Singh is the daughter of DLF Chairman, Rajiv Gandhi, manmohan Singh.
